Transformations
I began training with Lisa six months postpartum, with very limited gym experience beyond the occasional StairMaster or treadmill. I was intimidated by the gym—especially after giving birth, in a body I didn’t yet recognize and with little confidence. I had no idea how to approach weight training or gym equipment.
Over the past year of training with Lisa, I’ve gone from having no experience with weights to squatting 200 pounds. Each session, she challenges me, encourages me, and consistently makes me feel capable of more than I ever thought possible. The results I’ve seen this past year have been truly life-changing.
